Marv started working back on campus in July 2007. He was part of campus dining service previously from 1992-2001. Marv started working in food service while in high school. Previous experience includes restaurants and hotels. He has been doing campus food service for over 20 years and food service for more than 30. Marv’s current position includes supervision of all operations at Riverview Café.
Marv’s family includes wife, Lori, daughters, Nicole and Aimee. On his days off Marv likes to knock around in the garage or go fishing.
