Kris originally came to UW-Eau Claire Dining Services in 1998 in the catering department. She left for just under a year and then returned back to the Blugold Dining catering team in 2003. In January 2012 she transitioned it the retail supervisor for lower campus.
Kris has a wide range of experience in the food service industry including working with special events, catering services, restaurants and now retail.
