Debbie has been with UW-Eau Claire dining services since 2013, but has worked for Sodexo since 1996 with seventeen of those years being in Rockford, Illinois. She started out as a bakery prep person and then was promoted to lead cook. After two years she transferred to another unit and was promoted to General Manager of a small corporate dining account. From there she moved to campus services as the Executive Chef at Rockford University.
In 2013, her husband retired and they moved to their favorite vacation spot up north which brought Debbie to us. Her husband Bob is an avid fisherman and they have four grown children and 11 beautiful grandchildren.
Before moving up north, Debbie and her husband were very active in their church's youth group and called themselves the oldest kids in the group! She hopes to start exploring and becoming more involved in her new surroundings in the coming years.
Although she's crossed the border to the "good side," she still claims to be a huge Bears fan which we promise not to hold against her . . . for too long.
