Tickets are allotted to each graduate attending commencement in accordance with a formula based upon the Registrar's count of candidates approved to graduate, the number of available seats in Zorn Arena and your reservation status. The largest possible equal number of tickets will be assigned to each graduate in an effort to be fair to everyone.
May graduates attending commencement will recieve up to 4 tickets each.
Commencement tickets are free but required for all guests, including infants and children
Tickets will first be available for pick up at the Senior Countdown Event on Wednesday, April 22, and distribution will continue at the Service Center thereafter. A picture ID is required.
If there are additional tickets available as we get closer to the date of commencement a notice will be sent to all who have registered to attend with instructions on how to access those tickets. ***Note of caution*** For May commencement the likelyhood of "extra" tickets is low. Please plan to take advantage of the remote broadcast viewing sites.
Tickets cannot be sold, as they are being provided to you at no cost.
NOT PLANNING TO ATTEND?
If you are not planning to attend commencement PLEASE let us know that by using the Commencement Ticket Reservation System. A link to the sytem will be sent to you by email. It will only take a moment and could make the world of difference to someone attending who could use the tickets.
