General Chemistry- A New Approach.

General Chemistry has always been the place where we capture the interest and recruit our next generation. Our redesigned General Chemistry (103) is more modern, rigorous and hands-on. We have also incorporated a laboratory practical capstone exam. With over 800 students per year, new computers and other equipment as well as smaller class sizes have not been cheap or easy to obtain, but we feel it is among the most important factors that make a UWEC chemistry education great. You contributions allow us to leverage the small equipment and remodeling required for such a large venture.
