| 11 am: | Meet the shuttle for ride to upper campus. | |
| 11:15 am - 12 pm: | Presentation by Campus Kitchens Project at UWEC - Hilltop Center Kitchens | |
| The Campus Kitchens Project at UWEC was established in April 2008 and exists to engage students to recycle unserved food from the school dining halls and use that food to prepare and deliver meals to those in need in the community.*** Note - slacks and closed toed shoes are required by the Health Department to enter the kitchens. Please dress accordingly*** | ||

| 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: | Teas Around the World - Presented by Center for International Education and International Students - Hilltop Center Lounge Area | |
| Learn the significance and origin of teas from around the world while you are treated to tea ceremonies presented by international students and CIE staff. | ||
| 2:30 pm: | Meet the shuttle for ride to lower campus. | |
| 2:45 - 3:45 pm: | Nursing Demonstration - Learn about H1N1 | |
| Participate in active learning strategies using multiple technological teaching/learning approaches as presented by the students and faculty of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. The goal is to provide up-to-date knowlege about flu pandemics, therefore promoting one's own health and well-being during the upcoming flu season. | ||

| 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: | Performing Arts Review - Gantner Concert Hall, Haas Fine Arts Center | |
| You will be treated to a variety of musical and theater arts performances by UW-Eau Claire students and faculty. | ||

| 9 am - 11 am: | Tour Chippewa Valley Museum | |
| You are invited to participate in a "behind the scenes" tour of the Chippewa Valley Museum and gain a sense of how our students, both past and present, are effecting change through embracing our past. | ||
