The North Dakota State University Graduate School in Fargo, N.D. offers over 40 doctoral degree programs, over 60 master’s degree programs and nine graduate certificate programs in eight colleges. The College of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University offers a ten-trimester (three terms per year) program leading to the Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. The program can be completed in 3 years and 4 months. A Bachelor of Science degree in human biology is available for students interested in pursuing both degrees concurrently. Northwestern, founded in 1941, has prospered because of its rigorous academic program and superior clinical education. NW prepares students to be primary-care physicians able to diagnose, treat, and maintain a person's health. NW admits about 210 new students a year to maintain a total enrollment of 700 students. The campus is located on 25 acres of land located in Bloomington, a suburb of the Twin Cities. Applications are accepted for each academic term in September and January. A good rule of thumb is to apply 9-12 months in advance. Northwestern also offers a Master's degree in Acupuncture/Oriental Medicine as well as an Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy.

School psychologists serve all age groups from infancy through college. Although some school psychologists work in alternative settings, most work within elementary or high-schools schools.
The school psychology graduate program is offered by the Psychology Department in cooperation with the College of Education and Human Sciences. The graduate program offers an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in school psychology. Our program requires two years and one summer of full-time study at the UW-Eau Claire campus. For the third year of the program, students complete a full-time internship. Alumni from our program contribute to the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success of children and youth in their work as school psychologists. Our graduates have been employed across the nation. The UW-Eau Claire school psychology program is fully approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), and all graduates of the program are eligible for National Certification as a school psychologist. The graduate program has a 100% placement rate for graduates.
