Ms. Gayle Holte joined the Communication Sciences and Disorders faculty as a clinical instructor in the fall of 2010. Prior to that, she served as the elementary principal for the School District of Fall Creek, and speech-language program support teacher/special education administrative consultant at CESA 10. Her primary responsibility in the CSD department is clinical supervision, both on and off site.Ms. Holte has a special interest in articulation and phonology as well as school based speech and language services.She has taught Articulation and Phonology Disorders two semesters at the undergraduate level.Ms. Holte also serves as a speech language staff development consultant for Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 10, facilitating staff development activities for CESA 10 SLPs.
Ms. Holte lives in rural Elk Mound with her husband Jim and two dogs Molly and Spencer.Her very favorite leisure time activity is spending time with her four grandchildren, but she also enjoys kayaking, biking and knitting.She is honored to be part of the Communication Sciences and Disorders faculty at UW-Eau Claire.
