- To be a registered nurse with an associate degree in nursing or a nursing student completing his/her final semester of nursing from a nationally accredited nursing program (usually NLN accredited). While the program is designed for students transferring with a Wisconsin Technical College Associate Degree in Nursing completed in 1989 or later, applicants not meeting this criteria will be considered on an individual basis.
- A license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Wisconsin. (For nursing students in the final semester of their programs, NCLEX must be taken as soon as possible post-ADN).
- A minimum grade point average of 2.5 in the required sciences and overall.
