Cargill Collaboration Center
Schneider Hall Room 203
The Cargill Collaboration Center is a unique learning environment. Instead of row, upon row of individual computers, this “lab” features small sitting areas with comfortable upholstered chairs and benches that can be moved and rearranged for individual study or group work depending upon the task at hand. The room is entirely wireless and suitable for laptop use.
The Cargill Room also has added “connectedness”. A set of double doors connects the conference room to the Cargill lab. Student groups can use the Missling conference room when they need additional privacy. The test servers located in the annex are accessible to students as only a hanging curtain of clear acrylic disks separate the servers from the main room. The room functions as a place to build communication skills and support learning that does not come from a textbook.
