Busey places fourth in PSE National Pro-Am Sell-a-Thon
Kellen Busey, a University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire professional sales marketing student from Rochester, MN, placed fourth in the 2013 Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) National Pro-Am Sell-a-Thon. The national sales competition was held April 5 during the 2013 PSE National Educational Sales and Marketing Convention in San Diego, CA.
She was awarded a plaque and a check for $750.
Busey, who is a member of the UW-Eau Claire Sales Team, qualified for the national competition by placing first at the Midwest PSE Pro-Am Sell-a-Thon in November 2012.
Students competing in the National Pro-Am Sell-a-Thon were awarded points based on an eLearning module they completed prior to the national convention, a telephone call they made to secure a face-to-face appointment, a 12-minute sales role play for Level 3 Edge Distribution Platform, and their participation at conference sessions.
Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) is the national fraternity for men and women interested in sales, marketing and management.
