
Cheer for our COB Athletes as they prepare to compete!
UW-Eau Claire golf teams head to nationals, men's tennis and softball will compete at regionals
Men’s Golf Team. Seven members of the 12-member UW-Eau Claire Men’s golf team are business majors, and three of these students will compete at the 2011 NCAA Division III Championships, May 10-13 at the Grandover Resort, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The COB students who will compete are:
- Jimmy Hutchings, a junior business major from Hudson, WI
- Jamie Krula, a junior management major from Chippewa Falls, WI
- Tim McCormick, a sophomore management major from Madison, WI
The remaining COB students on the Blugold Men’s golf team are:
- Matt Brandenburg, a junior marketing major from Cedarburg, WI
- Jake Brookshaw, a junior business administration major from River Falls, WI
- Ryan Grip, a senior finance, economics major from Wausau, WI
- Nick Weber, a junior business administration major from Hartland, WI


Women’s Golf. Four members of the 12-member UW-Eau Claire Women’s golf team are business majors, and three of these students will compete at the 2011 NCAA Championships, May 10-13 at the Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. COB students golfing in the tournament are:
- Jamie Hauser, a junior marketing major from Hartland, WI
- Emily Swift, a junior accounting major from Onalaska, WI
- Catherine Wagner, a sophomore marketing major from Austin, MN.

The fourth business student on the UW-Eau Claire Women’s golf team is Lauren Gault, a junior marketing-professional sales major from Shorewood, WI.
Men’s Tennis. Lars Olson, a senior management major from De Pere, WI is competing at the 2011 NCAA Division III Regional Championships, May 13-15 at Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.) in Saint Peter.

Women’s Softball. Ashley Kenworthy, a sophomore finance major from Tomah, WI, is competing at the 2011 NCAA Division III Regional Championship tournament, May 12-16 in Eau Claire, WI.
