UW-Eau Claire Students Selected to Compete at the 2011 Warm-Up
Four University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire students will represent the College of Business at the 2011 Great Northwoods Sales Warm-Up, a regional sales competition for collegiate marketing students. The event will be held November 10–12, 2011 on the UW-Eau Claire campus.
The 2011 UW-Eau Claire Warm-Up team consists of the following students:
- Breanna Begin, a senior marketing major from Maple Grove, MN
- Kyle Hagan, a senior marketing/professional sales major from Verona, WI
- Christina Kubitschek, a senior marketing major from Shoreview, MN.
Logan McCarville, a senior marketing major from Wisconsin Rapids, WI, is the team’s alternate. Jessica Gardner, instructor, Department of Management and Marketing and student service coordinator, Career Services, is the coach for the UW-Eau Claire team.
UW-Eau Claire students were selected to compete at The Warm-Up based on their standing in a preliminary competition judged by UW-Eau Claire alumni who participated in past sales competitions.
The UW-Eau Claire team will compete against students from 16 universities located in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin.
