UW-Eau Claire PSE Chapter to Co-Host National Convention

University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) has been actively involved in planning the upcoming PSE National Convention. Five members from the UW-Eau Claire chapter will compete, as well as co-host the event. The convention takes place April 7-11 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. UW-Whitewater and Carthage College also co-host the convention.
The UW-Eau Claire chapter compete in several events, including Special Merit and Top New Chapter, as well as on-site competitions, including the Pro-Am Sell-A-Thon, Trenton Haack Case Study, and Top Public Relation Strategy.
Senior marketing majors Pat Delehanty, Nick Levin, sophomore marketing major Paul Coates, and freshman marketing major Kellen Busey will be competing in the Pro-Am Sell-A-Thon sales competition, where over $5000 in cash and prizes will be awarded.
Senior Nick Levin has been chosen as a finalist to present in an on-site scholarship competition.
Sophomore marketing major Justin Held will be competing with the other UW-Eau Claire members in the Trenton Haack Case Study.
At the convention, the chapter will be presented with a $350 check for winning second place in the Kodak Video Challenge. The winning video was created by freshman marketing major Max Docksey, and senior marketing majors Phil Loprinzi and Pat Delehanty.
The Pi Sigma Epsilon National Convention will be host to over 360 PSE members from around the nation and dozens of employers. The five-day convention will include a variety of activities, social events, competitions, and keynote speakers Jeffrey Hayzlett (CMO of Kodak) and Edward J. Zore (Chairman and CEO of Northwestern Mutual).
