“I particularly enjoy teaching the Process Simulation course. Here students develop computer simulation models for analyzing a variety of production systems. Students are able to critically investigate a number of important issues in system design and operation, free from the limitations and often unrealistic assumptions of simpler models presented in most textbooks. Students not only learn a valuable modeling technique, but develop advanced intuition regarding the behavior of dynamic systems.”
