CITERS, Center for Information Technology Ethics Research Studies, consists of a team of researchers from around the world representing institutions in Australia, China, India, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Taiwan, Turkey, and USA, dedicated to the studies of ethics decision making, professional codes of ethics, standardized ethics tests, and ethics education in the information technology (IT) context. Currently the center office is located at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, USA.
