We are a dedicated group of faculty, staff, administration, and students working to better the campus climate in regards to internationalization and global engagement. We are comprised of several working groups who delegate tasks in order to get as much done as possible. Please click some of the links above to get started! Current Events

  • Trends in the Internationalization of Higher Education
    Centennial Hall: Elizabeth Redden, the international issues journalist for Inside Higher Education, will present 'Trends in the Internationalization of Higher Education' from 3-5:30 p.m. Sept. 25 in Room 1704 of Centennial Hall at UW-Eau Claire. Redden reports on international higher education for Inside Higher Education on such topics as study abroad, internationalization of the curriculum, and the recruitment and integration of international students. Her articles and essays have appeared in a variety of publications, including Gastronomica, The Hechinger Report, The Orion, the Swarthmore College Bulletin and The Washington Post. She holds an MFA in nonfiction writing from Columbia University. Many of Redden's articles can be found online. The presentation, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by UW-Eau Claire's Council on Internationalization and Global Engagement (CIGE).
