ELIGIBILITY
To apply, you must be a currently-enrolled, degree-seeking undergraduate UW-
Eau Claire student. You must be in good academic standing and have a cumulative resident GPA of 2.8 or higher. You may apply as a freshmen but need to have at least sophomore standing and have completed 5 semesters of university-level Spanish (through Spanish 301) prior to participation.
COURSES
During either semester you will take courses in Spanish language, literature, and civilization after being placed in one of three language levels. Classes meet Monday through Friday.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR
Fall semester runs from the beginning of October to the middle of December. There are no breaks during the 12-week semester. Spring semester program runs from early January to mid May, with a two-week spring break. Exact program dates are determined the semester prior to departure.
