APPLICATION DEADLINES
Applications for Fall 2010 are accepted beginning September 1, 2009. The priority application deadline for Fall 2010/Academic Year 2010-2011 was November 16, 2009. No late applications will be accepted.

ESTIMATED COSTS
Costs for the Nicaragua/Costa Rica program are based on numbers of participants. The estimated Fall 2010 Wisconsin resident fee for a group of 15 or more students is $7,392.56; the estimated Wisconsin resident fee for a group of 12-14 students is 7559.92; and the estimated Wisconsin resident fee for a group of 9-11students is 7589.89. This includes full-time UW-Eau Claire tuition, fees, room, board, instructional materials, required field trips, CISI insurance and administrative fees. Minnesota residents may apply for reciprocity; residents of other states add $900 non-resident fees.

Additional costs: passport, airport departure tax, personal expenses, local transportation, and airfare. Estimate another $2,100 for these expenses.

Total Wisconsin resident estimated cost for the program is $9492.56 for a group of 15; $9659.92 for a group of 12-14 students; and $9689.89 for a group of 9-11 students. Costs are based on June 2009 projections, participant numbers and exchange rates and may change at any time.

FINANCIAL AID/SCHOLARSHIPS
If you qualify for financial aid, you can apply your aid to program costs. Your financial aid package will be based on actual costs in your host countries, including the cost of round-trip airfare.
