APPLICATION DEADLINES
Applications for Summer 2010 are accepted beginning September 1, 2009. Summer 2010 applications will be accepted until the extended deadline of January 29, 2010. No applications will be accepted after that date.

ESTIMATED COSTS
Costs for the Costa Rica Nursing summer program are based on numbers of participants. The estimated Wisconsin resident fee for Summer 2010 for a group of 15 or more students is $4,199; the estimated Wisconsin resident fee for a group of 12-14 students is $4368.39; and the estimated Wisconsin resident fee for a group of 9-11 students is $4568.39. This includes 8 credits of UW-Eau Claire tuition, housing and meals, books, CISI insurance, and administrative charges. Minnesota residents may apply for reciprocity, while non-residents should add $900 non-resident fees.

Additional costs include the cost of a passport, personal expenses, local transportation in Costa Rica, and airfare. Estimate another $1,320 for these items.

Total Wisconsin resident estimated cost for the program is $5,519 for a group of 15; $5688 for a group of 12-14 students; and $5,888 for a group of 9-11 students. Cost are estimated based on participant numbers and exchange rates and may change at any time.

FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS
If you qualify for financial aid, you can apply your aid to program costs. Your financial aid package will be based on actual costs in Costa Rica, including the cost of round-trip airfare.
