Transfer Form

The Center for International Education will assist you to transfer your SEVIS record and immigration document from your current institution in the U.S. to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

After acceptance to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, please complete and submit the following "SEVIS Transfer" form to your International Adviser at your current institution.
