Lo, WaiNing (Bruce), PhD

Bruce is Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Born in Guangzhou, grew up in Hong Kong, Bruce received his first degree from London University and his doctorate from Monash University, Australia. He taught for many years in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, and UK before moving to Eau Claire in 2002. He is also the Senior Choir Director and an organist at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Eau Claire. His email address is lobw@uwec.edu.

Tong, Simei, PhD

Simei is Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. A graduate of Tong Ji University, Shanghai, China, Simei completed her doctoral study at Oklahoma State University, specializing in Functional Analysis in Banach Space. Her keen interests in Mathematics education and online learning led to many conference presentations on this subject. She came to Eau Claire in 2002. A member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ, Simei is activice in community services. Her email address is tongs@uwec.edu.

Chan-Weiher, Christina, MS

Christina is currently a Bilingual Education Assistant at Putnam Heights Elementary School, helping students to assimilate into the American culture by utilizing teaching tools of the English Language Learner program. She has a Master of Science (Biology) degree from the University of Ottawa, Canada where she met her husband Evan. They moved to Eau Claire, in 1999 with their first born, Olivia. Max joined the Weiher family in 2000. Born in Hong Kong herself, Christina is keen to have her children learn about their Chinese cultural heritage. Her email address is chanweiher@yahoo.com.
