WONG, Polly Kwok Lai, MSE

Polly is Health Services Specialist at the Department of Health Services, Eau Claire WI. She oversees facilities providing mental health and substance abuse treatment in the western region. Polly received her bacehlor degree in psychology in 1988, and a master degree of science in school psychology from UW-Eau Claire in 1989. She has been with the Department of Health Services (aka: Department of Health & Family Services) since 1990. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Polly is married with 2 children. Paul (Chyi-shyang) Lin is from Taiwan with a family tradition of Chinese medicine. He has Master degrees in Engineering and Chinese medicine. He has been practicing Chinese medicine in Eau Claire since 2001.

Ruidong Zhang is an Associate Professor at Department of Information Systems at University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He earned his doctoral degree in Management Information Systems from University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 1995. He formerly served CFSA as treasurer from 2005 to 2006. Maria DaCosta is a Professor of Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.  She is originally from Portugal and has taught and lived in China and Taiwan.  She has resided in Eau Claire since 1989.

Ling Liu is an assistant professor at Department of Accounting and Finance since Fall 2008. She earned her Ph.D in Management Science with a major in Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas in 2008. Born and raised in mainland China, Ling is married with two children.
