Process Improvement  |  Quality  |  Productivity

Continuous improvement is a 21st century business imperative as organizations deal with increasing competition and consumer demands for higher quality at lower prices. Working out waste, building in quality and increasing efficiency are leadership must-dos.  This seminar will offer best practices in carefully analyzing any process or procedure to increase speed or efficiency, and improve quality.

In this workshop, attendees will learn how to:
  • Build a 10-35 step process map for any process or procedure
  • Use a master checklist to identify potential process improvements
  • Analyze and prioritize essential process steps
  • Analyze critical process steps for quality control
  • Establish a prioritized implementation plan
  • Assess and match employee skills and abilities to critical tasks and assignments

Two assessments will be conducted to help participants identify their natural talents and psychological temperament.

Return to work with a practical "template method" that can be used to improve any process in your organization. Even experienced managers will benefit from the recent developments, expert insights, shared experiences and group discussions delivered in this program.

This seminar may be taken BY ITSELF,
or as
of the
Supervisory Management Certificate Program.
