Registration

Please follow these step-by-step instructions.

 

Go to apply.wisconsin.edu.

1. Create a Login and Password.
2. When prompted, select “UW-Eau Claire.”
3. Apply as either an “Undergraduate Special Student–Continuing Education”, or as a “Graduate Special Student–Continuing Education.”
4. Complete all required fields.
5. Submit the application.

 

Download the Payment Plan Agreement Form (PPA)*  

1. Print, complete and sign the form. If you are married, please note that you must provide spousal information and sign on both signature lines.
2. Submit the form by mail or FAX to:

* Please note that because of statutory statements about your email account, we are required to collect your signed PPA in order to process your credit registration, even if payment has been made.  Thank you.
