Effective communication is the driver of business success for any organization. Leaders must be able to communicate clearly with staff, colleagues, customers and clients. Unfortunately these key skills are rarely developed through traditional education. That’s why we offer them here!
This hands-on session will cover best practices and proven techniques for communicating effectively with various audiences.Participants in this program will:

Claire McCarty, Ph.D., is Professor of Management and Human Resources in the MBA Program at University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She has consulting experience with public companies both large and small, and has worked successfully with other private sector companies to improve leaders’ communication skills.
