Communication Skills | Reflective Listening

Team and individual success depends on clear communication using reflective listening, the effective use of influencing skills to accomplish goals, building trust with coworkers, being comfortable with giving and receiving feedback, and doing what “works” so we enhance our capabilities.

In this program, you will assess the effectiveness of your overall communication style, discuss techniques for influencing while building and maintaining strong relationships, and develop strategies for persuading others that consider the interests of all those involved.
