Clinical Procedures in CSD introduces students to the processes of clinical practice and deepens their understanding of the professions of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. In meeting these goals, students will write assessment and treatment plans and progress reports. A combination of narrated slides, readings, application exercises, online discussions, and exams will be used. You will hone your observation skills as you earn a minimum of 25 guided clinical observation hours.

This course is part of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Communication Sciences and Disorders Department Post-Baccalaureate Online Series designed for those interested in becoming Speech-Language Pathologists who hold a bachelor's degree in a different field. By earning 30 credits of coursework in Communication Sciences and Disorders, you could be eligible for admission into a CSD graduate program of your choice.
