Presenters

Scott Lester, Ph.D., Professor of Management, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. Scott has years of private sector management training experience and his research interests include employee trust, team effectiveness, and organizational citizenship.

Mike Krutza and Jodi Wiff are partners in Lighthouse Leadership, an executive coaching company. Drawing on an extraordinary sense of vision and common sense, Mike and Jodi help individuals and teams find their own ‘elegant courage’ in handling tough leadership challenges. As a past Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of a financial company, they understand both the bottom-line and human side of making a company successful.

$450 per seminar OR a discounted rate of $400 with three or more people OR three or more seminars.
  • Registrations must be received at the same time to receive the discount.  
  • Payment required with registration.

  • Participants completing this workshop earn 1.5 CEUs

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or transfer your registration up to 5 business days before the start date. If you cancel or transfer fewer than 5 business days before the start date, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed. If you do not attend the event, you are responsible for the full fee.
