PeerSpectives Roundtables

Are you the CEO of a second-stage business? Who do you turn to when you have to make a tough decision? Would you benefit from discussing difficult issues with a group you trust and respect?

As a member of a PeerSpectives Roundtable, you’ll discuss how to overcome obstacles to growth including

• financing
• employee relations
• legal compliance

The sessions are structured, collaborative and managed by a facilitator trained by the Edward Lowe Foundation. You’ll meet ten times per year.

Who Can Participate?

Owners, CEOs, or presidents of companies that are:

• Privately held
• Past the start-up phase
• Confronting issues of growth (rather than survival)
• Generating annual revenues between $750,000 and $50 million
• Have a range of working capital in place
