CASE invites students who drink to participate in the Stay Dry this April Sober Month Challenge. Pledge on your own or with friends to stay booze free for the month. Participants will receive daily encouragement and information about health benefits, fun things to do and the opportunity to win prizes! CLICK HERE TO PLEDGE.

So, why should you pledge?

Dry April

  • Save money! Drinking is expensive, and not buying any alcoholic beverages all month can save you some real cash.
  • Feel better! Taking a month off from consuming alcohol can greatly benefit your overall health.
  • Get more sleep! While it might make you feel sleepy at first, alcohol prevents truly deep sleep, so you wake up feeling tired.
  • It's fun! Take the pledge with friends and attend special events throughout the month. You can challenge each other, your res' hall floor, your house, your student org - the more the merrier, right!
