CAREER SERVICES - LINKING STUDENTS TO REAL WORLD EXPERIENCES

Every degree program at UW-Eau Claire is designed to prepare students for success in the field of their choice. This preparation includes specific hands-on training plus opportunities to enhance students' ability to solve problems, communicate new ideas and analyze data - skills that are critical in today's workplaces.

Career Services provides students the skills to learn strategies ranging from self-assessment and career exploration to the preparation and implementation of their job search. In addition, Career Services encourages and assists students in acquiring internship experiences, which enhance their professional and career development. Career Services also acts as a liaison between students and the professional community, including business and industry, service organizations, school systems and social and government agencies.
