Contract
DOA has announced the mandatory contract effective immediately for Wireless Telephony and Broadband Plans, Equipment and Support.
There are no longer primary/secondary vendors nor assigned regions by vendors. The following providers are authorized to provide service plans and equipment anywhere in the State of Wisconsin:
- AT&T Mobility
- Verizon Wireless
- U.S. Cellular
- Sprint
Contracted vendors provide a basic equipment package at no cost dring the contract transition period and for each newly activated voice-only line ordered during the life of the contract.
The basic equipment package includes a handset (two choices), battery, and micro USB AC adaptor. Handsets include vibrate and speakerphone functionality and are E911 compatible.
Below is the available basic equipment package information for both AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
