Joseph Picconatto came to UW-Eau Claire in 2005, from Riverside, California. He began his career with Barnes & Noble College Bookstores in 1995. He has been a bookstore manager at the College of St. Scholastica, in his hometown of Duluth, Minnesota; the University of Portland (Oregon); Seattle Pacific University (Washington), the Seattle Community College District (three campuses);  and the Riverside Community College District (three campuses).

Joseph is responsible for all bookstore departments, daily operations, donations and training and development.

He is a graduate of UW-Superior where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in English Literature and Library Science. He also has a Master of Arts degree in Literature from Iowa State University.

Kevin Everard joined the staff of Barnes & Noble College Bookstores at UW-Eau Claire in 2009. He began his career in retail management with J.C. Penney in 1992.  Kevin held many management positions with JCP — Merchandise Manager, Senior Merchandise Manager, Sales Support Manager and Assistant Store Manager — before taking the position of Merchandise Manager for the University Bookstore.

Kevin is responsible for all merchandise sales at the bookstore: clothing, gifts, school supplies and custom orders. In addition to his role as a merchandise manager, Kevin also responsible for hiring the bookstore's student support staff.

Kevin is a graduate of Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.

Heather Lee started her career at UW-Eau Claire in the Blugold Card office as a part-time employee and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 1999.  Later that year, Heather also began working part-time in the University Bookstore textbook department. In 2001, Heather remained with the University Bookstore when Barnes & Noble College Bookstores was contracted  to manage bookstore operations.  Since then Heather has held many positions in the bookstore: Cash Room Supervisor, Operations Supervisor and Textbook Manager. Heather became the Assistant Store Manager in 2005.

Heather is responsible for all textbooks, and oversees the Instructional Resource Rental budget.

Heather holds an Associate Degree from UW-Eau Claire.
