General Merchandise Manager
Kevin Everard joined the staff of Barnes & Noble College Bookstores at UW-Eau Claire in 2009. He began his career in retail management with J.C. Penney in 1992. Kevin held many management positions with JCP — Merchandise Manager, Senior Merchandise Manager, Sales Support Manager and Assistant Store Manager — before taking the position of Merchandise Manager for the University Bookstore.
Kevin is a graduate of Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
Assistant Store Manager
Heather Lee started her career at UW-Eau Claire in the Blugold Card office as a part-time employee and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 1999. Later that year, Heather also began working part-time in the University Bookstore textbook department. In 2001, Heather remained with the University Bookstore when Barnes & Noble College Bookstores was contracted to manage bookstore operations. Since then Heather has held many positions in the bookstore: Cash Room Supervisor, Operations Supervisor and Textbook Manager. Heather became the Assistant Store Manager in 2005.
Rhiannon Schaub joined the University Bookstore team in 2008 as the Operations Supervisor and became a Textbook Manager in 2010. Rhiannon has many years of experience in the book business, as an Assistant Manager with B Dalton and Store Manager Waldenbooks. Rhiannon was also a student employee at the McIntyre Library, has written for Wisconsin West Magazine, and is on the Chippewa Valley Book Festival committee. She is very active with BareBones Ensemble Theatre and the Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild.
Rhiannon is responsible for all purchase textbooks and non-course books. She coordinates all special book events, including book groups, campus author events, book signings, and special request orders.
Tamie Roach began with the University Bookstore in 2010 as the Operations Supervisor. Tamie was a Store Manager for Maurice's for seven years before moving into the beauty industry. She was salon manager and sales representative during her 14 years in that field.
