Lost, Stolen or Damaged Blugold Cards

If you are sure that your card is lost or has been stolen, use your online account access to lock your accounts until a new card is issued to you. The university is not responsible for misuse of your ID from the time it is lost to the time it is reported lost or stolen. If you have chosen to use the Blugold Card as a debit/check card through the university’s partnership with U.S.Bank, call 800.USBANKS (800-872-2657) immediately if your card is missing.

Blugold Cards that are damaged beyond normal wear must be replaced at the cardholder’s expense.
