WOMEN'S SWIMMING AND DIVING TAKES FOURTH IN ST. CLOUD

ST. CLOUD, MN - The UW-Eau Claire women's swimming and diving team took fourth place out five teams here today at the St. Cloud Invitational.

Highlighting the night for the Blugold women was the 400-yard Freestyle Relay team of Krista DeJarlais (Jr-Marshfield), Nicki Goss (Fr-Fall Creek/Memorial), Maggie Manning (Apple Valley, MN/East View), Cori Severson (Fr-Brainerd, MN) which took second place with a time of 3:52.58. DeJarlais and Severson, along with teammates Julia Mangini (Fr-Mendota Heights, MN/Cretin-Derham Hall) and Liz VonFeldt (Jr-Lancaster), also took third place in the 200-yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:58.61.

Eau Claire will next be in action on November 23rd as they host the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Relays at 9:00 a.m.
