ATLANTA, Ga. - RUSSELL ATHLETIC and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) have selected Tonja Englund, University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire head coach, as the 2003 RUSSELL ATHLETIC/WBCA NCAA Division III National Coach of the Year.
