EAU CLAIRE DEFENDS WIAC CROWN, MOVES ON TO NCAA TOURNEY
EAU CLAIRE – Aided by two Liz Kooistra (So.-Lakeville, MN) goals, the top-seeded UW-Eau Claire soccer team defeated second-seeded UW-Oshkosh 3-0 today in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Tournament Championship to win its second consecutive WIAC Championship and earn an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.
