NCAA SOCCER REGIONAL MOVED TO RIVER FALLS
Because of a heavy, wet snowfall that hit the Eau Claire area, the NCAA Division III soccer 1st & 2nd round championship scheduled Saturday and Sunday at UW-Eau Claire's Bollinger Fields will be moved to River Falls, university officials have announced. The games will be played at UW-River Falls' Ramer Field soccer field. The championship will kick off at 11 a.m. Saturday with the host Blugolds facing Concordia College of Moorhead, Minnesota. The 2 p.m. contest will pit Grinnell College of Iowa against Augustana College of Illinois. The winners will meet in the championship game at 1 p.m. Sunday. - TP -
