Men: Swimming - Nick Peterson, Senior, Lake Elmo, MN/North St. Paul
Also selected as WIAC Athlete of the Week

Peterson won two individual events as the Blugolds defeated UW-Oshkosh 166-77 in WIAC dual meet action. Peterson won the 200 Backstroke in a time of 2:06.93 and the 400 IM in a time of 4:33.38. The IM time is the fastest on the team this season while the Backstroke time is the second fastest on the squad in 2006-07.

Women: Diving - Sarah Myers, Junior, Eau Claire, WI/North
Also selected as WIAC Athlete of the Week

Myers won the one-meter and three-meter diving events as the Blugolds defeated UW-Oshkosh 173-64 in WIAC dual meet action. Myers won the one-meter with a score of 214.45 and the three-meter dive scoring a 205.10.

January 15, 2007 - January 21, 2007

Men: Diving - Bryan Dykstra, Junior, Racine, WI/Horlick
Also selected as WIAC Athlete of the Week

In his first competition of the season, Dykstra won the one and three-meter diving events as the Blugolds earned their highest team point total in a dual meet this season as they defeated Macalester (MN) 190-33. Dykstra won the one-meter dive with a score of 271.1 and the three-meter scoring a 275.35. Dykstra earned earned qualifying scores in both events for the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships.

December 4, 2006 - December 10, 2006

Men: Swimming - Kris Metje, Freshman, Cape Girardeau, MO/Central

Metje was the only individual winner for the Blugolds as they lost to UW-La Crosse in a dual meet 152-90. Metje won the 500 and 1,000 yard Freestyle in times of 4:57.95 and 10:20.00, respectively. Both times are the fastest swum by any Blugold this season.

November 27, 2006 - December 3, 2006

Men: Swimming - Cale Schmidt-Jackson, Senior, Duluth, MN & Patrick Finley, Sophomore, Waunakee, WI

Schmidt-Jackson and Finley won three events apiece as the Blugolds won the five-team UW-Oshkosh Invitational. Schmidt-Jackson won the 200 Backstroke in a time of 2:07.20, the 400 IM in 4:35.03 and the 100 Breaststroke in 1:05.69. Finley won the 100 Freestyle in :50.25, the 200 Freestyle in 1:50.4 and the 500 Freestyle in 4:59.57.

Women: Swimming - Jaclyn Blank, Freshman, Byron, MN

Blank won two events at the Blugolds won the five-team UW-Oshkosh Invitational. Blank won the 1,650 Freestyle in 18:44.60 and the 500 Freestyle in 5:31.08 and was the only double-winner for the Blugolds on the day.

Women: Diving - Sarah Myers, Junior, Eau Claire, WI/North

Myers won the 1-meter dive as the Blugolds won the five-team UW-Oshkosh Invitational. Myers posted a score of 370.00 to defeat the next-closest finisher by 13.20 points.
