WEDNESDAY’S WRESTLING MEETS RELOCATED

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The UW-Eau Claire wrestling meets against Lawrence University and UW-Platteville this Wednesday, originally scheduled to take place at South Middle School, have been relocated to the Blugolds’ home venue, the McPhee Physical Education Center on UW-Eau Claire’s upper campus.

Starting times will remain the same with Eau Claire and Lawrence kicking off competition at 4 p.m. Lawrence will then wrestle Platteville and the Blugolds will then face Platteville to end the night’s events.

The Blugolds enter Wednesday with a 2-7 dual meet record, including a 0-1 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference mark. Platteville is 1-3 in dual meets with a 0-3 conference record, while Lawrence is 0-2 in dual meets and has not competed in a WIAC event to this point in the season.
