Assistant Football Coach - Thadd Sharrett
Thadd Sharrett enters his second
season as an assistant coach for the Blugolds. Sharrett
will be responsible for coaching the running backs.
A Circleville, Ohio native, Sharrett
was a four-year letterwinner and starter for the Marietta
College Pioneers from 2001-04. Sharrett lead the team
in tackles in 2004 and was named the team defensive Most
Valuable Player. He also earned second team All-Ohio Athletic
Conference (OAC) honors at outside linebacker.
Sharrett graduated from Marietta
College in 2005 with a degree in history. Sharrett plans
to enroll in the Master of Education in Professional Development
program UW-Eau Claire in the spring of 2008. Sharrett’s
future goal is to obtain a full-time coaching position
at the collegiate level.
Sharrett currently resides in Eau
Claire.
