Assistant Football Coach - Thadd Sharrett
Thadd Sharrett enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Blugolds. Jarrett will coach the running backs in 2006.
A Circleville, Ohio native was a four year letterwinner and starter for the Pioneers from 2001-04. Sharrett lead the team in tackles in 2003 and 2004. In 2004 Sharrett was named the team defensive Most Valuable Player in addition to earning second team All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) honors at outside linebacker.
Since graduating from Marietta in 2005 Sharrett has worked towards a master’s degree in education and obtained a substitute teaching license in Ohio. At Eau Claire Sharrett plans to receive his master’s of art degree in teaching history at UW-Eau Claire. Sharrett’s future goals are to teach high school history and coach football.
Sharrett is single and currently resides in Eau Claire.
