Drawing as a unique graphic expression, is considered to be the fundamental medium in the Department of Art & Design and is a component of the Foundations core for all major and minor programs. It is the means through which we see, discover and measure relationships and give form to our perception. Most art students take several semesters of drawing, including Life Drawing, where the form and spirit of the human figure is developed.
