Advanced Placement

  • A score of three on an Advanced Placement exam will at least give the student elective credit, either in the appropriate category of General Education or as a general elective.
  • If a student receives GE II elective or GE III elective credit, those credits will count as one subcategory in either GE II or GE III. GE IV elective credits will count toward the subcategory listed.
  • Many departments have established higher requirements to receive credit for a specific course.
