Eligibility: Applicants must be nontraditional, currently enrolled UW-Eau Claire students with preference given to students who are parents and who demonstrate financial need not met by traditional focus of financial assistance. All applicants must have a FAFSA on file in the Financial Aid Office in order to be considered for this award. The award may be in the form of a scholarship or to assist the student with child care, medical expenses, commuting and transportation and for school-related supplies and materials. The main criterion is to support a nontraditional student who is having difficulty in his/her pursuit of a college degree because of extraordinary financial challenges.

Award Notification: Before the start of spring semester. Only the selected recipient will receive notification of the award determination.
Note: Due to State regulation you may be ineligible to receive a scholarship if you are delinquent in child support payments. Please check with Financial Aid if you have questions.
