Zach Halmstad

Zach Halmstad ’04

Co-founded Minneapolis-based JAMF Software to support the Apple computer operating system. He works out of JAMF’s Eau Claire office and employs dozens of UW-Eau Claire graduates, including an internship program.


Taylor Kuether

The 15th recipient of the Ann Devroy Memorial Fellowship traveled with the chancellor and blogged from China for two weeks as part of a university delegation. Kuether served a three-week residency at The Washington Post and received a $2,000 scholarship.


Justin Patchin

Dr. Justin Patchin

As a professor of criminal justice, he is an internationally recognized expert on cyberbullying. He is the co-director of the Cyberbullying Research Center, has written five books and numerous articles, appeared on NPR, BBC, and CNN as well as presenting at the White House and FBI Academy.

Students in Dr. Karen Mumford's Honors Program course in campus ecology are taking their passion for sustainability out of the classroom and into the campus community through hands-on projects with on-campus clients. Students in the course worked in teams to develop plans and projects to fulfill their client's needs.
