|Weekday Information Session and Campus Tour||Mondays - Fridays at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
|Weekday Transfer Student Appointments and Campus Tour||Typically available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Meeting will include information about the application process and admission guidelines, transfer of credits, and academic programs offered at UWEC. Reservation needed.
If you are unable to visit during these times, call the Admissions Office at (715) 836-5415 to schedule an appointment only (without a campus tour).
|Saturday Visits||September 27; October 11 and 25; November 8.
This visit includes a group information session with an admission counselor and a student-led campus and housing tour. Reservation needed.
|Blugold Spotlights||October 16, 17, 30, and 31.
Participate in an admissions information session, a campus tour, and several housing and departmental tours/activities (varies by major). Visit the Blugold Spotlight webpage for more information on the opportunities available to you. Reservation needed.
|Business Visit Day||Wednesday, November 5 and Wednesday, December 10 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Want to learn more about business programs at UW-Eau Claire? Come to this specialized visit for all students interested in business majors! You will have the opportunity to sit in on a class, tour campus, and eat lunch with current business students! Reservation needed.
|Education Visit Day||Tuesday, November 4 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Want to learn more about the 3rd largest producer of teacher educators in Wisconsin? Come to campus and learn about the Education program, meet advisers and professors, attend Education classes, and tour the Education building. Reservation needed.
|Honors Visit Day||Wednesdays, November 12 and December 3 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Want to learn more about one of the only University Honors Programs in the UW-System? Come to campus to learn about the Honors program, participate in an honors course, meet Honors students, and tour the Honors Living Learning Community. Reservation needed.
|Music Visit Day||Monday, December 1 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Want to learn more about the largest undergraduate music program in the UW System? Come to campus and have the opportunity to attend a rehearsal, tour campus, and meet with the Chair of the Music Department! Reservation needed.
|Nursing Spotlights||October 30, 31 from 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Nursing Spotlights are a perfect way to get an in-depth look at the UW-Eau Claire nursing program. Take part in an admissions presentation and full campus tour, then visit the Nursing building for an informational session and tour of the building. You may also have the opportunity to attend other special events on campus, since these visits take place on the same days as our Blugold Spotlights (click here to view examples of additional events). Reservation needed.
|Nursing Visit Days||November 3 and 7; December 8 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Participate in an information session covering both UW-Eau Claire and Nursing admission, followed by a tour of the nursing building and a full campus tour. Reservation needed.
|Pre-Professional Health Science Visit Day||Tuesday, September 30 and Tuesday, November 18 from 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Are you interested in a pre-professional health major? On this visit you given an admissions presentation, information from the Health Careers Center Director, a tour of the Health Careers Center, and a campus tour. Reservation needed.
|Undeclared Student Visit Day||Tuesday, October 21 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Learn more about how UW-Eau Claire helps undeclared students succeed! Come to campus to meet with an academic adviser, tour campus, see the Career Discovery Center, and attend exploration sessions. Reservation needed.

Directions and Parking
UW-Eau Claire has begun an era of growth and renewal that includes our largest undertaking of new building construction in more than 40 years. With such improvements come temporary inconveniences and possible closures of roads and parking lots. If you plan to visit, obtain a parking permit in advance from the Office of Admissions, (715) 836-5415, or the Parking Office, Schneider Hall 106, (715) 836-2002. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for parking.

From Highway 93 North:
Take the US Highway 12/Clairemont Avenue ramp. Turn left (west) onto Clairmont Avenue (Highway 12). Turn left on Patton Street (at seventh traffic light). Take a quick right onto Lexington Boulevard. Turn right on State Street and continue down the hill. Turn left on Summit Avenue (at second traffic light). Go straight through next traffic light across the river and turn left at 2nd Avenue and the HSS Parking Lot will be on your right.
The following directions below lead to Visitor Parking located in the HSS Parking Lot:
For GPS use, the HSS Lot is located at the corner of Water Street and 2nd Ave or 239 Water St. Once you have found your parking spot, proceed to the location listed in your confirmation materials. (Click here for a campus map.)
From Highway 53 North or South:
Exit Highway 53 (exit #87) onto Clairemont Avenue (Highway 12) and go west. Turn left on Patton Street (at seventh traffic light). Take a quick right onto Lexington Boulevard. Turn right on State Street, and continue down the hill. Turn left on Summit Avenue (at second traffic light). Go straight through the next traffic light across the river, and turn left at 2nd Avenue. The HSS Parking Lot will be on your right.
I-94 from the west:
Exit Interstate 94 at Hwy. 37 (exit #65) and turn right. Continue until you reach Clairemont Ave. (Hwy. 12), and turn right onto Clairemont. Turn right on Patton St. Take a quick right onto Lexington Blvd. Turn right on State St. (down hill). Turn left on Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Go one block, and the Visitor Center will be on your left.
I-94 from the east:
