Step 2: Pay Tuition Deposit
After being admitted, you must send in the $100 tuition deposit in order to register for classes. The $100 tuition deposit must be received 3 days prior to your orientation date. Your specific registration date and time will be included in the orientation mailing.
You can submit the tuition deposit either by mail or online:
The preferred method is to pay the $100 tuition deposit online at www.uwec.edu/Busoff/studentfinancials/cashier.htm. An Electronic Payment with a direct transfer from a personal checking or savings account can be used. Or, it can be paid online with a credit card. If you choose the option to pay with a credit card, select "registration deposit" for the term in which you were admitted (fall, winterim, spring, or summer).
Or, submit the $100 tuition deposit by mailing a check. Checks can be made payable to University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Please write your Blugold/Campus ID# on the “memo” line of your check (Your ID# can be found in the upper-right corner of your acceptance letter). Checks can be mailed to:
