Activities/Orgs: I'm a Campus Ambassador, and have been involved in Hall Council and the Residence Hall Association when I lived in Putnam Hall.

One thing students MUST experience as a Blugold:
How do I narrow it down!?! Topperstix and a movie in your dorm lobby at 2:00 in the morning, bowling at Hilltop, dinner with friends at the caf, and movies at the Davies' theater— just to name a few :)

What's on your Ipod right now: All the classics! Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, Etta James, and a little Britney Spears :) (hehe)

Best thing/place to eat on campus: Cheesy broccoli soup and then for dessert, cinnamon ice cream (it tastes like Chai tea!!!) from the caf.

Favorite activity/place off-campus:
I love the Eau Claire Farmer's Market in Phoenix Park downtown.  I lived here over the summer and it's amazing what Eau Claire has to offer. One of my favorite things to do was to walk over to the farmer's market and buy all these yummy, fresh ingredients and then go home to make an amazing dinner :)

Advice on choosing a college/university: Go where you feel at home. I would highly discourage solely picking a college just because it's prestigious or that's where you think people want you to go. You're the one who has to live there for the next 4 years.  You need to be somewhere that makes you feel welcome and at home. I felt that way as soon as I stepped foot on UW-Eau Claire's campus and I have loved it here ever since.

Best class/professor so far: My event planning class with Jeanie Geurink. It was a lot of work because we actually planned an event called Grandparent's University. It was very extensive but such a great experience and a lot of fun!

Any celebrity encounters: I like to consider myself a celebrity because I made a series of movies with my friend back in the day (umm.... which was when I was about 10); they were pretty classic!

Best memory/experience in college so far:
Oh my goodness, I LOVED CUBEfest! During that first week of school, we had free Toppers pizza all day, there was sumo werstling, Dance Dance Revolution and Guitar Hero on huge screens.  Just getting to know my new "family" was such a great experience!

Any last comments:
Well, I really want to learn another language, but I am a little lazy sometimes :)  So I'm trying to learn Italian in my sleep... so far no luck :(
