emailMajor: Organizational Communication
Minor:Global Studies
Year in School: Senior
Hometown: Minocqua, WI

Activities/Orgs: IABC (International Association of Business Communicators), intramurals, Campus Ambassadors and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Favorite activity/place off-campus:
Going to Acoustic Café with my roommates and getting a smoothie!

What's on your Ipod right now: Haven't updated mine lately, but Rascal Flatts, John Mayer and a lot more country :)

Favorite place on campus: The Campus Mall; especially during the spring when the tulips are in bloom and Spring Fest is on! (live music on the mall)

One thing students MUST experience as a Blugold:
Walking up the hill...haha, just kidding :) Tubing/floating down the beautiful Chippewa River is a must!

Best class so far:
CJ 307; Small Group Communication with Dr. Nicole Schultz. It was a wonderful class with a wonderful professor.

Best thing about being a student at UWEC: The great opportunities that are presented to us academically and non-academically which can help you grow as an individual.

Best advice for getting the most out of college: Make the most out of your college experience! Join clubs, meet new people, new experiences, etc.... now is the time to do it :)

Best reason to stay up until 2a.m.: Erbert and Gerbert’s is still open!!

Why did you pick UWEC? The beautiful campus and the friendly atmosphere:)

Best memory/experience in college so far:
As a first year Campus Ambassador, I loved meeting so many people with different backgrounds, cultures, personalities, etc.  It is an amazing experience to be part of such a great organization!

Any last thoughts:
  Being a Blugold is awesome!
Excellence. Our Measure. Our Motto. Our Goal.
